WE"RE OFF...

For our 35th Wedding Anniversary, we have reservations at Walt Disney World... we can't hardly wait. We are staying at The Port Orleans Riverside resort. We will be there nine days so plan on taking our time and spending 2 days at each park.

Since we have never been to any of these areas all tips are welcome.

Our package includes sit-down dining every evening, I have made all our reservations 6 months in advance!

UPDATE: June 8, 2011... Finally... After much research I came up with a place to stay while in New Orleans... Creole Inn. There prices are unbeatable for this area, $59.00 per night with parking included. They don't do meals but we will be saving $150.00 from any of the other places I found. So we will be eating out at local coffee shops and cafes. I am finally excited about this leg of our trip. The history, architecture and culture of this area is really interesting.

lip balm...

Directions:

  • mix equal parts aloe gel and petroleum jelly in tin. If using essential oil make sure you choose one that will not be harmful to your skin. You may use a fragrance that is used to make soap if you like. Add as many drops of fragrance as necessary (about 4-5).
  • stir the mixture with a craft stick until combined well.
  • For a monogram look I used some left over rub on transfer stickers from another project

That is it, your done! You can also use this balm for rough heels and elbows.
